Signal Plug Documentation

Learn how to use Signal Plug to find and verify professional email addresses. This guide covers single email search, bulk lookup, reading results, and account management.

Single Email Search

From the dashboard, enter: First Name, Last Name, and Company Domain (e.g. google.com). Click Search. Results appear within seconds and include the email address, confidence score, deliverability status, job title, and LinkedIn URL.

Understanding Results

  • Confidence Score (0–100): Higher scores mean higher confidence the email is accurate. Scores above 70 are considered strong.
  • Deliverability Status: Valid (inbox confirmed), Risky (inbox exists, may bounce), Invalid (no inbox found).
  • Enrichment Data: Job title, company name, LinkedIn URL, and Twitter handle when available.

Search History

All your searches are saved automatically. Access your full search history from the Previous Searches page. Download results as CSV at any time.
